Chakras are the energy centers that govern between our physical body and the spiritual body. These seven energy centers run along a line that extends from the head to the base of the spine. Using crystal therapy with the chakras can cleanse vibrational healing. This comes down to placing the crystals on the backs and corresponding to the respective chakras. This helps to cleanse and heal both the chakras and other ailments that reside within the body. Each chakra has a house of shame and color representing it. The color representing the chakra is how the crystals are chosen.
The first chakra is known as the crown chakra. This chakra is at the top of the head. Using the crown chakra can help to increase the general sense of well-being and can also help to improve both self-esteem and communication . This is also the best chakra for fight depression. The color of this chakra is white and the use of white or clear crystals works best. Crystal choices include clear quartz, diamonds, moonstone, magnesite and howler.
The second chakra is th Brow chakra. This chakra is located at the third eye, or on the forehead between the eyebrows. Clearing this chakra will help to relieve anxiety and stress. It is also used for concentration and mental awareness. The color of this chakra is violet. The crystal choices are amethyst, lepidolite, ametrine, sugilite and shellac.
The third chakra is the throat chakra. This chakra, which is located in the middle area of the throat, is used to heal ailments of the ears, nose and throat. This is also an area for treating tooth problems, including gum disease. The color of this chakra is blue. Crystal choices include lapis lazuli, sodalite, kyanite, blue agate and aquamarine.
The fourth chakra is the heart chakra. This chakra is located in the center of the chest, in line with the heart. Use this chakra for healing work in the heart and for any chest conditions. It is also a place for cleansing people with emotional problems such as stress, depression and anxiety. This chakra has two colors, green and pink. Crystal choices include quartz, malachite, rose quartz, strawberry quartz and rhodonite.
The fifth chakra is the belly chakra, or solar plexus. This chakra is located at the bottom of the chest. This is a good healing chakra for those with digestive problems (including IBS), liver disease or cirrhosis and with any food allergies . The color of this chakra is yellow. Crystal choices are amber, citrine, turquoise (because of the yellow veins running through it), copper and sulphur.
The sixth chakra is the sacral chakra which is located below the navel ( belly button. Use this chakra for dispelling inhibitions and healing. Healings for this chakra include the womb, the spine, and the energy can be enhanced.
The seventh chakra is the base chakra which is located at the base of the spine, also known as the coccyx. The cleansing of this chakra will help in fertility and better sex drive. Use the healing powers of this chakra for menstrual problems and blood disorders. The colors of this chakra are red and black. Crystal choices include carnelian, ruby, red, jasper, jet and obsidian.
