Danby Portable Dishwasher (#DDW1805W)

My wife and I hated doing dishes, especially silver. And with this, before one of us finally runs to the cave to wash out the clean dishes.

After two years of frustration and countless arguments over this, I finally decided it was time to buy our washing house (especially since we have a baby on the way). And, after some research, I decided to purchase a Danby Energy Star Portable Washer (Model #DDW1805W).

My advice is to purchase this particular model from one thing; price I bought two other brands and this one might be done for about $100 less. What other people have bought and loved (or at least said in their reviews) helped me with that decision.

As often happens when you get 400 on an item, I had a bit of buyer’s remorse shortly after I ordered. I basically asked if this washing machine was worth the money. Can the dishes be clean? Does it fit in my kitchen? Or will it eventually spread everywhere? How difficult would that be?

However, after using them, I am completely happy with this tool.

First, this 8-place dishwasher has a nice compact design. My parents have portable dishwashers that take up half of their kitchen sinks and it’s a pain to move to the sink you want to use. Danby dishwasher It fits right next to our cupboard and takes up maybe a quarter of the space of my parents’ dishwasher. When we want to move it to the sink we can do it with just one hand.

I’m not a huge fan of the adapter that follows our faucet (we take it when we don’t do the dishes) but the dishwasher is very simple. It takes maybe two minutes to screw on the adapter and hook up the hoses.

One thing I found about this particular brand is that it’s also relatively quiet compared to other lovebirds out there. A bit loud when you’re standing next to it, but the noise doesn’t carry over into other rooms.

And, despite the compact design, the washer holds up quite a bit. We can’t fit some of our older poops into it. But we washed everything from dinner to pots and plates without any difficulty.

At this point he also mentions the washing machine. Like I said, we don’t tend to do protein until we run. Which means some dishes and bowls, to be washed in some food (which he demanded of us to examine). We put them in the Danby washer and they come out sparkling. We could not be pure if we did it by hand.

I will pay for this purchase in two months, but it is well worth the money I spent. If you are looking to buy a dishwasher, I would definitely recommend this model.
