Delicious Venison Preparation

If you’re like me, you like hunting in any way possible. There are also those who want or need to hide their “wild” taste. Many years have tried to accomplish this feat by soaking the meat in milk using a strong, seasoned marinade. I have found a method that requires no soaking or marinating and will bring out the delights of the cook from the gems of the taste or the most intense.

This preparation method is done outside on the grill. I prefer charcoal but a gas grill will prepare this just as efficiently. If you use a charcoal grill you will need to light the charcoal while you prepare the food.

The quantity of the ingredients will of course depend on how many will be fed. If you have a meal for four adults this is what you need. Twelve to sixteen whole jalapeno peppers, twelve to sixteen strips of lean bacon, half a pound of tripled mild cheddar cheese, and three pounds of fresh game steak. You also need 3 or 4 metal kabob skewers (bamboo can be used, but you have to soak them in water for about 12 hours to prevent them from catching fire).

After washing the peppers, slice each one open just enough to insert two cubes of cheese. Peppers Reasonably hot peppers are not liked by many, so if some or all of your guests will like mild peppers. You will need to remove the seeds from the jalapenos. When all the peppers are stuffed with cheese, put them to prepare the meat.

Most of the people who have fresh game in their freezer have it because they take hunting and hunting deer. at the time Most of these have some other butcher’s game, and many butchers would tend to the steak at no extra charge. If your steaks are already tender and not really thick (more than half an inch), then you won’t need to tenderize the meat. If not, then I’d like to get out the meat.

After the tenderizing process is completed, place the whole thing together. One pepper, wrap a piece of tender veins. Then take one part of the bacon and wrap it in pepper and with it the steak. Now fix on the kabob skewer. Repeat this process for all the remaining peppers making sure to leave two inches between the peppers on the skewer and a maximum of four peppers per skewer.

Now that your preparation is complete, it’s time to cook! Place loaded pepper skewers on the grill a few inches apart and cook for a few minutes. After a few minutes, turn each skewer 180 degrees, which will expose the cooked part of the meat and peppers to the fire. You will need to turn the skewers several times to complete the cooking of the meat.

Now that your game is ready and cooked, it’s time to sit back with friendly-movies”>friends or family and before grilling delicious veggies for your enjoyment.
