Does the Ab Circle Pro Work?

You’ve probably seen the heart-pounding, popular commercial touting the Ab Circle Pro. According to the television commercial, three minutes in Ab Circle is supposed to be equivalent to 100 sit-ups. An added benefit is that the Ab Circle Pro is supposed to work your obliques in addition to your central abs. This exercise machine can be adapted to work the bun and thigh movement.

You’ve seen an invitation to explore from your home for $14.95 (plus $34.50 shipping and handling – Yikes!), but what do you want to know?

According to fitness expert, lifestyle consultant, and fitness model Jennifer Nicole Lee, who is the face of the product on T.V., this product will help you lose your love ears and get “the washboard abs and sexy V shape you’ve always wanted.

It all sounds suspiciously easy at $14.95, with a money back guarantee. Unless you can read the fine print, you won’t find out about the $34.50 shipping handling charge until you order. Then there’s the real cost you’ll find from Pro Circle, 5 add-ons for $39.95. For better results, you are encouraged to order the “Full Fitness 30 Day” supply. Your children are the first order. Each month thereafter, your credit card will be charged $29.95 + $6.95 shipping and handling per month for a new bottle of “Fitness Complete.” ” To be fair, you can cancel your vitamin order at any time, and the first bottle is free.

Knowing the actual cost doesn’t sound like enough to call Pro Circle Ab?

I’m always skeptical when a model promotes a fitness product. I need to know if it works for an everyday person like me. So I was looking for something, to find out what those who thought that fact had bought.

I found myself carefully reading the reviews of By Circle Pro that the product is part of an affiliate marketing program, which means some people are making a commission by touting the product. It’s not the people I wanted to hear from either, not who stands to gain if I buy Circle Pro. I didn’t know if the training machine worked.

When I finally found the honest answers I expected. Reviews From The Circle For Squidoo Lens are basically repeated traffic, but the comments on the page are telling. One person wrote that he had been using Circle Pro for two weeks, went on to a third, and the only noticeable difference was in his biceps. He said he felt no difference in his abs. One commenter said Ab Pro Circle has really worked, he’s already lost five pounds. But, you know, he gave himself away when he said he just ordered 10 minutes before. How did he know it was already working? Sounds like a bogus post to me. Others have broken their knee pad within 1 week, when someone said they dug bolts into their knees. hey!

The true cost and reviews made By Circle Pro less and less appealing, but just to be sure, because I love fitness products that actually work, I checked out a few other reviews. I found another machine made the way I hated the guards. More and more reviews have started my decision against editing Circle Abl.

One user reported that he didn’t “feel the burn” in his abs that Jennifer Nicole Lee promised, but he felt even more in arm workout and shoulders.

It is a false accusation. First, it seems that once you start the trial purchase offered by Circle Pro you are forced to continue with the products, warranty, etc. Shipping and handling at $34.95 is not refundable, only $14.95 for proof of purchase. Circle Pro is refundable and costs an additional $34.95 to return the package. That’s $70 just to give it a try. If you make a purchase, at the time of pressing through the additions it is well over $200.

I also concluded that there was nothing I could do with Ab Circolo Pro that was traditional for me to do other than exercises, yoga, pilates, or gym equipment can not. I pay less for a monthly gym membership than I want to pay for nutritional supplements from Pro Circle, and I can work out every part of my body at the gym , also working the obliques, buns, and thighs.

I found the answer to the question “From the Pro Circle?” I don’t think I can do this and not waste my money on a machine that hasn’t even been broken in to be as effective as a workout tool that is a fraction of the cost. If you are thinking of buying Ab Circle For You I encourage you to buy a workout ball, a good ab workout video, or go back to the floor to do the sit up -ups and leg lifts.
