Let’s be honest, shoe season is just around the corner and like most of us I don’t want to invest in a $1000 treadmill that becomes an expensive garment owner. So there was a search for the perfect way to workout and get a jump start on the season before going to the gym.
Like most people, I love flipping TV channels and running like crazy to workout. It happens to be AirClimb. Super fit, over 40 former Aerobics Champion Brenda Dygraf hosts the program with lots of laughs and encouragement. Hey, it seemed fun, easy, and a lot less expensive than a treadmill, so why not give it a try?
I was skeptical before coming in, but once I completed the beginner workout, in just 20 minutes, I was hooked!
