This recipe is cute and easy. It’s a great treat for a small party, or a dinner party.
What will be necessary:
1/2 teaspoon water
3 to 4 drops of green color Chocolate milk Eggs
directions:
First, combine water and food color in a small bowl and mix together. Then add the coconut and mix it around the water and food coloring with a fork until all the coconuts are coated.
Next, use the microwave to heat the marshmallows and butter in a medium bowl for 30 seconds on HIGH. After that is done, remove the bowl and stir well. You can continue the microwave for 15 seconds at a time if you need to. When the mixture is smooth, add the colored coconut to the mixture and stir well.
Then line a tray or cookie sheet with waxed paper. Drop the coconut mixture into 12 equal mounds and shape them into the desired shape with your finger. Try to make a nest big enough for 2 small chocolate eggs to fit. Add the eggs. You can serve the nest once chilled.
