Fry the sausage, potatoes, bell pepper and onion in the pan. Add salt and black pepper. Stir well. Break the eggs over the contents, mixing while the eggs are done. This breakfast meal is delicious and very tasty!
Lunch in Foil
Heavy duty aluminum foil, doubled, buttered and shaped into a pot shape.
Beat six large eggs
1 small chopped onion
4 potatoes, thinly sliced
1 slice of American cheese
Combine all the ingredients and close the lid tightly, sealing everything securely. Place on a grill and foil often for one hour over a low fire. This makes a great and quick camping dinner.

Roll out one bite at a time until one finger wraps around the center of the stick, closing tightly as you go. Keep the campfire until golden brown. Pour some butter on top of the squeeze biscuit and sprinkle sugar or cinnamon on it. Have a jar of jelly to dip the cookie stick in and enjoy! You can also pour the syrup over your cookie stick.
Breakfast is a great meal and very hungry campers like hot food! Yes, you could just have a ham sandwich, but if you pack a few extras in the cooler, you can become the master chef of the woods!
Ham Pack Lunch
6 thick slices of ham
1 cup candied sweet potatoes drained
1 can of pineapple chunks
1 package of frozen peas
Butter
Cinnamon sugar
Heavy duty aluminum foil
Place one slice of ham on each aluminum plate, then a slice of pineapple, sweet potato and 3-4 tablespoons of peas. Add some butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Seal the foil well. Cook for about 20 minutes on the grill.

Salmon Dinner
Salmon steaks
One cut lemon, can use lemon pepper
Dijon mustard and mayo mix or use dijonaise

Ketchup
Coat each side of the salmon steaks with the Dijon mixture and a squeeze of lemon juice, then season with salt and black pepper. Double wrap salmon steaks in heavy duty foil and seal well. Cook over the coals for 35 minutes. Turn often. Add the ketchup when done. This camping recipe is one of my favorites. It will work especially for trout, bass or other fish that you catch and clean.
Foil burgers
2 lbs ground beef
4 large squares of heavy duty foil
1 large can of sliced potatoes
1 chopped and seeded green bell pepper
Salt and onion
4 American cheese slices, optional
Seasoning of Wigorn

Separate the meat into four equal parts, and place each on a baking sheet, adding the potatoes, bell pepper, onion salt, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and cheese. Seal well with foil. Cook on hot coals for 15 minutes on each side. You can also skip the potatoes and serve this way in hamburger-buns.

Place a portion of your chocolate on a graham cracker, cover only half of the cracker, toast the marshmallow over the campfire and quickly place it on the cracker. Place the other side or half of a graham cracker and press down. These are yummy! They are sweet and great campfires that are easy to prepare.
The expedition makes you hungry and these great camping ideas will appeal to almost everyone. You don’t need to do without a big dinner, because you are rough.
