I’m such a drinker for a good sales spiel. Gals on the counter you can see me coming a thousand miles away, I tell ya. Sometimes I come up with some great products, and tons of amazing examples…but every once in a while I end up with a real dog. This is the case with Estee Lauder Eye Makeup Remove. Grrrrr.
I have to admit that I am not very sure about doing the nightly ritual. Often I old eyes will wake up black forgetting to remove the old eye makeup the night before. ask me Part of it is just having breastfeeding breasts. Going in to remove the mascara is the only trend to remind myself that I spent freakin $15.50 for 3.4oz of a substance that performs the same function as tap water . Seriously.

Yup. It is true that it is light. So the water. Fast and gentle? Ummm no. Neither of them. I actually shave really hard with this so called makeup removing the mascara off. That is true with the Dior Show and 2 Estee Lauder own mascaras. Very seriously I need the same with water alone.

What’s the real kick here? There is no ingredient list on the bottle or on the Estee Lauder website. he does not distinguish the smell. I think we are selling tap water for $15.50 and laughing all the way to the bank.
Do yourself a favor folks here. Go buy a jar of cheap life cream for 4 bucks or something. That’s mild and actually works. If you like expensive eye makeup removers sitting in your vanity, I’m selling ya my empty bottle of Estee Lauder’s Gentle Eye Makeup Remover for $8…you can fill it with water…!
