Merion
My brother Merion recently got married and it was quite a show. He and his wife now got married in November, which can be a cold month, but he still used to have his ceremony outside the area. In the months of September and October, however, the weather would be more perfect in its beautiful setting outside. Inside the Merion is great with high ceilings, marble everywhere, grand staircases etc.. There are four beautiful ballrooms for your ceremony and/or reception, and the food, plenty of choices, is excellent. Cinnaminson, NJ is about twenty minutes outside of Philadelphia.
Mansion
Vorhees, NJ, Mansion is a wonderful wedding location, and it is also minutes from Philadelphia. I wasn’t there for the wedding, but I was there for the wine tasting show, which was great. on different floors of a large building. As (as they rightly say) “dramatic level” this place is not only elegant, but memorable. What is so amazing about their staff is that they will also help you with other services, such as music, transportation and photographer.
Seavium Resort & Spa
It is a beautiful place. Located in Galloway, New Jersey, on the bay and near Atlantic City Beach, Seaview Resort & The spa is a fantastic place to have a wedding or honeymoon. An Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa is located on the premises – massage, make overs, waxing… whatever you need on account of a visit or a function or a wedding. vintage is also located on the golf resorts course, and is warm and cozy yet elegant at the same time. My husband and I enjoyed staying there and would love to go. The landscape is gorgeous and a forty-five minute drive from Philadelphia.
Hyatt Regency Philadelphia
A historic landmark, located in Philadelphia’s Penn Landing, the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia is located on the banks of the Delaware River on the east side of the city. It’s a fun, vibrant and revamped place. As a hotel, it has many wonderful amenities, such as an indoor pool surrounded by large windows with 3 different views. restaurants, live shows for weddings or special events (with in-house organizers), and on-site car rental sites.
Fonthill Castle Estate
A splendid estate in Bucks County, Fonthill Castle Estate hosts many weddings in and around its beautiful fields Friends have deservedly raved about this place. Weddings are catered by Things to Remember, who have helped many couples have wonderful weddings since 1980. Fonthill Castle Estate boasts fabulous areas, surrounded by trees or ponds or open countryside and fine indoor areas such as their Tavilion. Depending on your schedule, it’s a half hour to forty-five minutes outside of Philadelphia.
