Simply stop by a local dealer and ask them for a test drive of the truck and they will set you up. As you drive the truck make sure all of the elements function properly and make notes of any potential issues and repairs that you will need to make prior to putting the truck into use for yourself. Also make sure to walk around the truck and check inside the box to verify any excess damage or related issues to the truck. Once you found the truck you want, it is time to make an offer.
Closing the Deal
When you find a truck on a lot that you want, you will go in and speak with the dealership about purchasing the truck. If you are willing to pay the full asking price, the dealership can complete the transaction and collect payment from you in a few moments. If you want to negotiate the price, they will call the national truck sales office and have you negotiate the sale with one of the sales agents.
