Fisher Price Ocean Wonders Aquarium, why not buy this product sooner. I didn’t buy the Ocean’s Price Fisherman’s Miracle Aquarium until my son was one. But I did not think to enjoy it. I just thought it was another expensive product that I didn’t need. I never in a million years thought I would enjoy it so much. My son sleeps with Aquarius in his crib every night. Now for all those nights I think I would have slept better if I had bought this sooner.
Aquarium plays soft classical music and lullabies to help the baby sleep. There are five oceans that swim back and forth across the Aquarium. There are also lights that are sometimes dimmed. Bubbles swim in the aquarium while the fish swim. You can choose another way. I usually pick a short cut that is ten minutes apart. Your child should then sleep. What’s great about this toy is that my son is old enough that if he closes the music and is still awake, he can hit Shout and sing the blue clam and sing” and the fish will return again. How wonderful that is. Even if you play for ten minutes, your child can stop it by hitting the same blue shell if he/she doesn’t want to. This is a great country.
In order for the aquarium to work, you need to put three D batteries in it. This is not my party toy. If your child hears it as much as my son then you need to buy extra batteries immediately. They don’t seem to last very long. You don’t want to be caught out one night with dead batteries and no backup. There aren’t many D batteries of the kind you keep in your house. The ball post sits outside the cribs so the cribs cannot reach the baby. The ball joint also needs a screwdriver to open it, another great safety feature.
