THE SAILOR OF LUBBOCK
Nautilus Lubbock, located at 9005 Memphis Mine, has served Lubbock for 24 years. This 70,000 Square foot fitness center requires no registration fee, no deposit or contract. It is less than a day to join the dollar.
Amenities include an indoor track, 10,000 square feet of indoor weights, two tanning beds and a whirlpool and steam room. Club hours are Monday through Thursday from 5am to 11pm, Friday from 5am to 8pm, Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sunday from 12pm to 6pm.
Lubbock’s Nautilus also offers theatrical performances. Hours of play are Monday through Thursday from 8am to 9pm, Friday from 8am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 12 noon. The game is closed on Sundays.

PYRAMIS HEALTH CENTER
Pyramid Fitness Center is located at 3223 South Loop 289 inside Pyramid Plaza. They have been serving Lubbock for 18 years. They provide a fun and friendly atmosphere for an engaging experience.
Amenities include resistance equipment, cardiovascular equipment, racquetball courts, tanning, personal training, age body, spa services, pro shop , nutrition plan, park plaza cafe, pool, executive and members lounge.
Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 5:30 to 10 pm, Friday from 5:30 am to 8 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 10 pm to 6 pm.
