Chef Brad Root, who also owns and operates 360 Pizzeria, located just across the parking lot in the same development, opened the restaurant with a mind to provide a dining experience that is a reflection of what the Northwest has to offer. He continually produces a menu that changes with the season, but is always offering a variety of selections made from ingredients found close to home. You can expect to pay $10-$15 for a lunch entrée and in the low to mid $20 range for a dinner entrée, but you can also expect to leave feeling like you got your monies worth. The bar at Roots is open for Happy Hour Sundays through Saturdays from 4-6PM and Friday and Saturday night from 9-11PM. The Happy Hour menu is just as delicious and gourmet as the dinner and lunch choices. It is notable that no matter what meal you go for and no matter what dish you decide on you will always find a smiling staff eager to enhance your experience with excellent service.
