Green Smoothie Diet Review

The name sounds interesting, just by hearing the words “charming green challenge” you know there are some greens involved, probably in charm, and it can be a challenge. Yes, in all three.

They mean green leafy vegetables, not putting silly fruits like vegetables. The diet is specific in requiring you to use spring greens, such as romaine lettuce, kale, spinach, napa cabbage; Swiss chard, baby bok choy, collard greens, scallion, mustard greens, celery. You can choose the ones you like and mix them up as well. The last green is mint, which goes along with vegetables for flavor.

The real interesting part comes in developing the recipe for the charm. If you were raised on scallions or collard greens, for example, you would probably enjoy the charm. If you’re not used to strong flavors, you’ll want to start with milder herbs like romaine lettuce, spinach, Swiss chard, and baby bok choy. Personally, I enjoy the vegetable because it has a pleasant taste and is really green, and has significant amounts of calcium, potassium, thiamin, and vitamins A, C, K. If the taste of the vegetable is more important in the beginning. try to make it Roman and slowly replace most or all of the Romans. Darker leafy greens, more bucks! Finally, peel your greens as small as you can, even cut them into pieces (preferably with a plastic knife that has been kept away from the stands). The reason for this is that the fewer the vegetables, the easier they are mixed, and the more attractive the thickness of the liquid. I can even drink through a straw.

In the mixture, make your smoothie in this order: one cup of ice, one cup of water, 1-2 cups of fruit, and the rest up to the top is your greens. The reason I like to do it this way is because after the quick mixing of the difficult ingredients is done, it can momentarily blend and lock the greens into liquid. When the vegetables are well submerged, mix for one or two more minutes until it reaches a smoothie-like consistency.

Another variation is to add spices such as raw ginger root zinger, cinnamon for flavor and glycemic regulation and lemon juice (which almost every charm is good). Don’t be afraid to experiment, I won’t add sugar or anything sweeter, it just makes it taste like a dessert, that if you drink it, you don’t need desserts anymore. That brings me to last words, “provoke.” The challenge part will probably be the taste. But, being a sweet-lover himself, I can truly say that I drink myself green and sweet. I pour it into a thermos like container or a Styrofoam cup of popular freedom juice and drink it slowly. I also don’t mind the fiber in it, it makes the drink more complex and makes you think you’re really drinking your herbs. And you literally are! Just think, how many of us have time to eat 2-3 cups of leafy greens in one sitting? How many of us have enough our food to release all the good nutrients? And how much fiber do we eat to cleanse our bodies and digestive tract? This diet does all that, and it tastes pretty darn good for a liquid salad! So take the challenge and drink the green smoothie once a day, instead of a meal, if you want to lose more weight. , about two to four weeks and see how you feel and how the balance feels. Let me know what happens!
