The holidays are coming and if you have children in school you are probably wondering what to get your child’s teacher this year. Don’t fret, there is still time to get a great, thoughtful gift that doesn’t have to break your budget. Here are some ideas that are sure to get an A!
Include a Thank You Note. Whatever you decide to get your child’s teacher this year, please consider writing the teacher a well-deserved thank you note. Teachers work hard and they do so not for big salaries or large end-of-the-year bonuses, unlike some other occupations. They teach because they care about kids and want to make a difference. So showing that they have had an impact on your child’s life will mean a lot to your child’s teacher.

Even if your child’s teacher has a subscription to this newspaper, the teacher can get this gift subscription added on to the duration of their subscription. It is a lovely and thoughtful gift.
The Indulgence of Spa Services. Why not treat your child’s teacher to a facial or a manicure? Teachers are very busy people, the bell going off at 3pm does not signal the end of the day for them. They still have papers to correct, meetings to go to, lesson plans to create. Everyone appreciates the chance to take a little “me” time and just relax.
Photo Album or Picture Frames. Most teachers like to take pictures of the class during the year. Why not give your child’s teacher a place to put these photos?
