Look where the defenses will be placed.
After the places to mount the fortifications were determined, the spots were marked. Carefully outline where the confluence of the box openings will be installed. Now you can cut this opening or do it while running the wiring. Use old construction cabinets. These have wings that can be opened to close the box to the wall without having to attach nails to them. Measure the distance from the position of the fortifications to the crossing that will control them.
Select a source in the firewall.
Do the glasses have their own environment or existing attachment? Either way will work just fine, as long as the circuit being able to carry the extra load. Measure the distance that the wire needs to run from the power source to the switch. Add this to the distance from the fence to the crossing to determine how much wire is needed for the document.
Spare glasses and check instructions for any special educational needs.
Not all light fixtures are made the same. You should check the instructions so that any extra work can be done before installation. You decide to complete this task. Also, make sure you have all the tools and hardware needed for the job.
Run any necessary wiring and install wiring boxes.
Connect the hot, ground, neutral wires of the spring. If this requires work inside your electrical panel, turn off the main breakers before removing the panel cover. Otherwise, turn off the power source as a breaker to avoid electric shock. Consult the instructions for your specific control installation if you have access to the inside of your breakout box.
Install the switch to the new lighting, if necessary.
If your watchtowers will have light switch, you need to install it. Using the wiring inside the switch box, apply the hot wire (black or red) to one side of the switch. The wire that will cross to the other side will be the one that goes to the battlements. The incoming and outgoing ground wires connect to the wire nut. Do the same with the middle wires. Check the wiring in the switch box. Gently tap the transition into place and attach it to the box with screws at the top and bottom of the transition. Install the switch cover.
Adjusters to attach the box where the defenses will be installed.
Often these types of fixtures come with an adapter that allows you to attach screws to the wall. so that the place will be flat. Use a plane to make sure that the adjustable part of the adapter is exactly horizontal. Tighten any screws necessary to lock the bracket in position.
Attach the wires from the shields to the house wiring.
Start with black or warm wires. Expose about one inch to the ends of each wire. Keep the wires next to each other and screw the wire nut snugly over them. Repeat this for the ground and neutral wires. You will push the wires into the junction box.
connect the defenses to the wall.
Use screws or other hardware provided with the brackets to connect them to the junction boxes. Install any covers or globes and the proper type of bulbs.
Turn the breaker and test the lights.
Return to the breaker panel and turn on the breaker. Flip the switch to turn on the new lights. Listen for any hissing sound that could indicate a loose wire. Also, the lights should be bright and not flashing if the wiring is correct. If you suspect problems, turn off the switch and breaker and check your connections until the problem is resolved.
