The ingredients you need to make my homemade sea salt grapefruit body polish are 2 cups of sea salt, a cup of honey, 1 cup of extra virgin oil oil, and 10 drops of primary grape essential oil. You can find all these natural ingredients at your local grocery or organic store. I know I can also find them at my local herbal and drug store. I believe the cost of all the ingredients together is around $15.
The ingredients to make my homemade sea salt grapefruit body polish are a large bowl, a mixing spoon, and a large container with a lid. You can find these materials at your local Walmart Store, grocery store, and even your local dollar stores for really cheap.
Now proceed with the sea grape salt body polish by measuring 2 cups of sea salt, ½ cup of honey, 1 cup of extra virgin coconut oil. and 10 drops of grape essential oil pouring them into a large bowl. Then you take your large spoon and mix all the ingredients together to form a grapefruit body polish. After the body polish is done, you can cover it with a lid I would like to use it again.
My way is to use my homemade sea salt grapefruit body polish and how you can be by simply getting in the shower and getting your skin moisturized. Afterwards I would take a handful of body polish and rub it into my skin really well in circular motions to help remove the dry dead skin layer remove and polish and soften the new skin so it can be bright and glowing. How after I finish cleansing my body I like to wash it with cold water and dry skin I like my skin. and apply my favorite grapefruit body butter to add some extra protection and hydration to my skin so it can be even softer and healthier looking. Plus I simply like that my skin is lightly scented with grapefruit.
