How I Lost Ten Pounds by Going on a Ramen Noodle Diet

I was on a mission to lose the baby fat I gained while pregnant. I was close to getting my weight back down but I just couldn’t get there. I hate diet pills and I don’t feel hungry.

I only had ten pounds to go and I would lose these ten pounds. Most people don’t believe me when I tell them that I lost the last ten pounds of baby fat by eating two bowls of ramen noodles. day.

I would eat bowls of ramen noodles one day, one for lunch and one for lunch. I wasn’t sure if I should do this because I had never heard of doing this before, but I figured that since it was almost empty calories and still filled me up, then it was worth a strong shot.

I took a daily multivitamin to help maintain my daily nutritional needs and exercised for thirty minutes three times a week. I had also cut out all of my caffeine intake. I’m addicted to pop but I replaced it when I didn’t caffeine-drinks so I could still take a small portion. too

Since I made Ramen Noodles for my diet, I will keep a lot of juice in it and eat it as a soup. You may wonder why when I eat juice, it helps me to feel good about the juice without losing the taste.

When you start any diet, you want to make sure that you are healthy and you should talk to your doctor about any concerns you may have. I went to the doctor at three weeks and she had lost all but one pound of baby weight. When the doctor asked me how I kicked off those pounds in such a short time, I explained to him that I had started my diet called the Ramen Noodle diet. And he laughed and said that it made sense. He also said that he once lost thirty pounds in three months by eating nothing but condensed soup three times a day.

My doctor told me that we should all be careful when we go on diets like this because if we eat the same thing over and over again, it could cause some health problems. He said that if you are going to go on a diet like this then you don’t need to do it for two weeks at a time, and you need at least two weeks to eat good health before you go back on the diet. I always take a multivitamin to help keep up with all of your vitamin intake that you may be missing out on.

I listened to my doctor wisely and now I take a multivitamin even if I’m not on a diet. I had another check up a week ago and I kept the weight off with exercise. I also had to toned my muscles and I was looking forward to stretching in the sun during the summer in the descent of the body. . Then I found out that I was pregnant and would have to stretch sometime soon. I guess this time next year, I will have another goal to lose the baby fat again. This time I am talking to my doctor first.
