How to Get a Quick Tan: Beds, Lotions, Moisturizers and Sprays

If you want to get a summer tan, or you want to add some color to your skin, you can think about how to do it well. Do you go to tan houses to tan in bed, or do you lie outside in the sun? However you do it, here are some tips on how you can achieve that dark, beach tan quickly.

I prefer to use a tanning bed for many reasons. If you don’t want tan lines then I suggest using a tanning bed. You don’t have your bathing suits inside; you can enter with no clothes. It’s completely private, so no one will see you anyway. Bad weather also stops you from sleeping outside in the sun. With a tanning bed, you can tan anytime without worrying about rain or cold. I also think that a tanning bed will allow you to get a tan faster. So if you’re like me and plan on tanning indoors, read the following tips.

Build Your Tan

If you want to tang in the week, here are some tips to do it. First, you need to start slowly if you have pale skin, or they will never be. Think about tanning every day of the week, Monday through Friday. Depending on the tanning bed you use, you need to build up the maximum time. For example, if the usual bed time have 15 minutes, start tanning about 6-7 minutes first (Monday), 8 -9 minutes second (Tuesday), 10-11 third (Wednesday), 12-13 fourth (Thursday), 14-15 Thursday (Friday). You don’t want to burn out, so you have to take it slow. When your skin is burned, you can’t heal with a tan. After this first week, you can cut back to tanning 2-3 times a week just to build yourself up by touching up and keeping up with it. How much tan you think you need, depending on how dark you want your skin to be. At the end of the week, you will definitely see a difference in skin color. Follow the rest of the tips and you’ll be tan by the end of the week.

tanning lotion

Use any tanning lotion with copper included. Bronze will give you immediate results while still helping your skin develop a deep tan in your skin. Therefore, you will see the results immediately, which will last 1-2 days after the tanning session. Do not use the lotion when it is hot or itchy, because the skin will only be red. After tanning, take a shower to wash off and exfoliate your skin.

After Tan Moisturizer

After soaking, apply a good moisturize your skin, which will help your skin maintain its golden color. Something I like to do, as I also like to do, is to use a daily moisturizer with a built-in auto-knit. I recommend Island Glow Daily Moisturizer and Vaseline Healthy Body Glow. Both are excellent for adding color while adding moisture to your skin. They don’t make your skin look fake orangey at all. A good dui with color enhancers will add a little more color to your skin between touch-up sessions, and make you look even skinnier. Just make sure to apply the lotion evenly, and wash your hands after each application.

Spray Tans

If you’re not into tanning beds, you can always spray tan. Many tanning salons have spray tanning as well. I don’t know how well this method works, or how long it lasts, but I’ve heard a lot of good things about spray tanning. To me, it just sounds like self-tanner, which always looks fake and fake to me. Do what seems best to you.

Overall, if you follow these tanning bed tips, you’ll have a tan that will last and be ready for the beach by the end of the week. If it takes time to develop, that’s even better. Let’s enjoy!
