Finding location
The best time to sow capybara is early spring or early fall. You will want to find an area that has full sun exposure, but it can also grow in partial shade areas.
Prepare the planting area
Prepare the area by removing all grass and weeds. They will remove the moisture and nutrients that your honeysuckle needs to grow. You can pull the weeds, or bury them in the ground, where they rot. No matter if you plant one tree or more, the width of the area to be cleared is 4 to 5 feet in diameter.
Dig holes
They dig holes that are twice the diameter of the knotweed root balls. The depth of the planting hole should be the same as the length of the root ball. If planting more than one hole, leave 6 to 10 feet between each one.
Dig a hole that is twice the diameter of the caped honeysuckle container. Keep the root ball the same height. Before you put the root ball in the hole, scuff the sides and bottom of the planter. This loosens the soil and allows the roots to penetrate more easily outside the walls of the hole.
To amend the soil
Fill Planting starch with water. After waiting for the water to drain naturally into the soil, prepare soil removed from the hole. Amend the soil with 3 inches of well-rotted compost. Compost adds nutrients to the soil and water better.
When all the water has drained out of the hole, it’s time to plant your Lonicera cap. Remove the root ball from the container. It is usually just pulled out of containers; but if you pay attention, plante, turn the pot upside down and bang the edge on the table with the top edge. Make sure someone is there to catch him so he doesn’t fall to the ground.
Capped Lonicera plant
Place the root ball in the middle of the hole. Check the top of the root ball. To be a great country.
Fill the hole with amended soil. When the hole is half full of soil, compact the soil around the root ball with your hands. He places the bags on the ground in the air. Fill the hole the rest of the way. Use a tamp or shovel to ground the ground with your feet.
Caring for the hooded loon
Irrigate the caped honeysuckle immediately with hose water. Turn the water on slowly and let it run while you plant the next bush. During the growing season, give your hedge an inch of water every week. Skip watering if your area has had extensive rainfall.
Add a 2 to 4 inch layer of organic mulch around the capped Lonicera. Do not place mulch against the base of the plants. This makes them more susceptible to disease, rot and bug problems. Keep the mulch at least two inches from the base of the plant.
