In this article I will give you step-by-step instructions on how to do one. Also I will let you know where to buy materials and what materials you need.
The first thing I will do is to let you know what things you need and where you can buy them. The first thing you need is the device you want to use. You can buy fabric at Wal-Mart or any fabric store around. The next thing you need is a little iron on the poodle that goes on the fringe. You also need the straps that go up under the skirt to be wavy and a little puffy so that it looks like you’re wearing a poodle skirt and not just a skirt with a poodle in it.
