No, I’m not talking about running your kitchen faucet more. You probably wouldn’t need to clean the garbage disposal properly, so it never smells bad. What works for me is this: at least once a day I wash my dishes in the kitchen sink. I will close one side and turn on the hot water and wash something in there. On the other hand, it is almost submerged in hot water and cleaned by dilution. Then after the dishes have been washed , I open the left side and let the water run down the sink. disposal of garbage I then submerge the plug again. Using a small bucket, I fill the empty basin with at least two inches of water, sometimes more. Then pull out the plug and prevent water from leaking through the arrangement and drain pipes.
I’m not using more water than normal, but the garbage disposal needs the amount of water it needs to work and clean well.
If you have dishwashers, and I mean other than the human kind, you can still clean your garbage disposal the same way. It’s just a drain plug in your sink. Then spray a little dishwasher-detergent and lower two to four inches of water. Finally, pop the plug and let the solution drain, removing the food scraps and going with the gun!
