How to Prune Rose Bushes

The Pruning of the Rose
Roses can fast in warm places; do not neglect to consider your roses in a timely manner. Removing unsightly canes leaves the dead and healthy part of the rose to produce beautiful rose blooms.

When to think:
Think roses after the last frost in your yard. The months of January -April. Check your frost zone. If this is an old rose bush, say just after the rose bloomed on the old cane from the first year.

Tools:
To cut through the forest tissue they used curved saws with a fine tooth
Scissorhands
Lopping scissors in the thickest canes
Heavy leather gloves, for the protection of spines.

If pruning miniature roses use hand pruners, use thin scissors for delicate roses.

Consequence:
It is cut at an angle of 30-45 degrees. Do everything to cut the rod above the union of the gem or at the stem node. The eye small eye is a small swelling with a small eye and a horizontal slit below. See gems in the eyes to develop a new shoot, and guide the growth of gems. Keep the plant directed away from the interior of the plant so as not to make the slanting canes compete for the center of the sun. Make a cut with your fingers above the branch. If they are cut too high above the branch, the cane above the branch will die, making it a home for pests and diseases. Make a cutting blade that is underneath to make a clean cut. The pressure on the non-cutting side should be at the top of the rose pipe part.

Rules of Prudence:
Pruning weak plants will stimulate growth
You will think roses for
cut flowers serious. They will make a bigger rose bud
Moderate pruning makes the flowers smaller

Severe pruning: Cut back three or four canes 6-10 inches high. This will bring a few beautiful roses.

Method: Five or twelve canes 18-24 inches high are left. Average pruning cuts a wider bush than heavy pruning. Most garden roses use this method.

Light: cut the third part rose plant. Light pruning produces a short stem in roses. This technique was used for floribundas, large flowers, and the first hybrid teas. These methods take practice. Take notes from a good garden journal and plan each year the best method for your type of rose and the zone in which you live.

Treats to be thought of as rose bushes:
I will kill 1 inch below any evidence of disease
Check the top of each cane to make sure the pith in the center is creamy white, not brown or gray. For example, just above the gem, where the marrow is healthy, or at the union of the gem. Any canes that grow straight and up should be cut off, or any tube to the center of the growing rose bush. Remove all shoots or unsightly shoots that grow from the block below the shoot.

PruningRoses:
Climbing roses have their own rules; You wouldn’t think a climber had been dead for 2 or 3 years. We want to live cartoon yeast. Consider the earth once after it has flowered. You will think of a succession of roses in early spring. You will think that the wanderers will flourish after that. The rose canes have only been good for two or three seasons at most. Make sure that all the dishes are presented from the base. Cutting the canes, which show four or five flowers in the back, helps shape the plant. Consider while you are asleep if your exhibit is a hybrid. Only removing the dead wood and drinking the growth. Strong canes in the amount of three or four remaining. By removing the roses that always bloom in spring, Do not take away the repeated leaves that bloom. In hybrids they leave two leaf buds on each flower bud. Imagine a climber to decorate that time. For the reeds grow long with branches and arches, and in a horizontal position they are tied to the canes pointed downwards. Next time growing, keep a garden journal.
