How to Succeed as an Avon Representative

My Oat Story

I have been selling Avon for 11 years. Oats has been around for many years. It was founded in 1886 by David McConnell. The first lady of Avon, Mrs. Albee, was selling Avon door to door. Avon is now present in 148 countries around the world. You will hear more about Mrs. Albee later in this article. I originally applied for a 2 part time job at my job site. I didn’t get a call back so I started selling Avenue. I liked it. Then I got a call for a part-time job as soon as I applied. So then I had 3 jobs. Everyone liked it 3. I was finally making enough money with Avon to quit my second job. So I did that.

If you want to make money with Avon, you want to use multiple revenue streams that include Leadership, Beauty Advisor, Fund-Raising, Avon Beauty Center Licensing or Avon Parts. When I first started selling Avon, I was also hired to remind other agents in my district of upcoming meetings and special events. I was happy to do this because I wanted to see others succeed at Avon. I was very moved. And this was paid more to me than the profits I received from Avon. This was quite profitable for me when I was divorced with several children.

Just $10 to start selling Avon. When I first started, I was afraid whether I would be able to do it or not. What did I plan to pay? I throw away $10.00 on just junk stuff. Signing up is easy, you must be 18 years or older, have a valid ID, and a social number. You can sign up online by contacting http://avon.com, visit the Avon office nearest you, or simply call an Avon representative. It’s just that simple. Each payment is 2 weeks. Salaries are 1-26 per year. Note that Avon agents can redeem their Avon at a discount.

I would tell my Avon ambassadors that you don’t need to know everything to start, but to grow as you learn, share, and sell.

I had only been selling Avenue when a church member asked me, “Can you order me the cream that comes in a pink tube?” I had no idea what he was talking about. Finally he searched his purse and found a pipe. It was Avon’s Skin-So-Soft Soft and Sensual hand cream. Several other members of the church felt it and liked it. I received many orders that day. They also say that the hand cream felt good on the hands.

1. Stamper

write your contacts in the Avon book with your name and contact number or a stamper cheaply for less than $10.00. Maybe you want to be creative and make labels. It’s up to you to treat it how you want. I found the stamps less expensive. I didn’t like writing my name in the book Las Vegas. I was so moved. Several reps wanted to be together and share a room. That would help with the cost of the room. against which I decided. I decided to get my room. I was glad that a few of the reps backed up at the last minute. The temperature was 118 degrees in Las Vegas. This is the first time I have experienced such dry heat. I was there 3 days. he sated all the kinds that were offered. I’m usually around eight p.m. I will be going back to my hotel at 11 pm at night. I could have many classes. They were there from all over the country. I thought that was so fascinating.

One of the highlights of the meeting is to listen to Suzanne Somers talk. I thought this was just awesome. He shared that his grandfather was a representative. He shared that she was the best customer for him because he would redeem himself too much.

Oatmeal and vehicles. Although I didn’t win one of them, I sure hoped I would. This convention really changed me. I saw people who were in leadership from their own state making 6 figure income. As one lady was announced as the winner of the most beautiful blaze, she ran onto the stage. To everyone’s surprise, instead of embracing the announcer, he embraced the vehicle. Everyone in the audience laughed hysterically. I thought to myself, “I was led.”

3. Led

When I got back from the convention, I told my manager I wanted to start coaching. She would go with me the first couple of times until I was comfortable with signing others. Another signature was pretty simple. Basically he was answering applications and questions so he could have a new representative. In order to become a unit leader, 5 people need to sign up. My hunting expenses should be $250 every 2 weeks and my total unit sales are $1,200. This was not difficult to do because I basically showed my people everything I was doing for the sales I had. Basically to do the same thing.

I remember Avon delivering to the lady and saying that he wanted to go to the leadership. And I signed her for Avon and she said, “I want to be in leadership.” I explained to him that his sales should be at least $250 for all campaigns that were every 2 weeks. I showed her what she needed to do to make the average sale, but she apparently didn’t understand that it wasn’t always done a lot of the time. It involves work. Your customer base should be built or already in place. Many cosmetologists even sell Avon in their stores. This is more for them.

I would tell my people they could do the math and decide how much they wanted to do. All to them. They wanted to determine how many customers they needed and how many hours they needed to invest in Avon to achieve their goals. It was all up to them, but I was there to help and answer any questions they might have. Once you find and book your Avon representative, you can complete the application online. On the same day they can sell the oats. Avon representatives are encouraged to walk, talk, and share Avon with everyone. I told my downline everything and anything that could happen in hopes of selling Avon, whether it’s to a beauty salon, a station, lip balms. You will also give your Avon card as it was water. Amazingly, you can get recruits this way. You can sell Avon door to door. It is important that you do this with others in your downline. It shouldn’t be a problem. Many people prefer to give Avon parties at their homes or sell online. There are many ways to look for customers.

6. Avena online forums

There are oat online forums that are there to help you. You can post questions and concerns or simply read something to another Avon representative. You can read how they handled certain issues or concerns. Once you become an Avene ambassador, you have many avenues available to you. A few of these forums are listed below.

7. Bulk Malling

I have also done bulk mailing by major couriers. You might want to consider doing this as a substitute once done. You should get it. You must send at least 111 Avon brochures or more. The ability to purchase your own envelopes with mailings. Or you can just send the Avon brochure without an envelope, just use regular cellophane tape on the side of the book. They work very well with postmasters. They are very useful. You may want to share this with your downline so they can help offset the cost of mailings. If it is divided among your downline, the cost is minimal. Books are weighed with those letters. The down side to this is that some customers will book you and order from other Avon reps, but generally if they provide , they will order from you.

8. PCAVon

When I first started Avon, I used this program called PCavon. I just loved this. I didn’t have to write the receipts. I was able to print a customer receipt, send my order, and include a note about Avon’s specials. I loved all these features at my fingertips. Since then Avon has grown and now Avon agents have the option of placing their orders online directly from the Avon site.

9. Avon Website

Avon will also provide you with an Avon website if you wish. No real estate needs that great pass. You can write your details, send your information, and much more. The great thing about your website is that your customers can order from it and have their orders sent directly to their home or ask you to deliver it to them. As an Avon representative you can place your orders online directly from your website too. The great thing about your website is that people can order from you from all over the internet. Your relatives from all over the country can order from you and have their orders sent directly to them.

10. President’s Club

When you sell at least $10,000 within a year, you are Club President. Your commission becomes higher. Avon will give you a toll-free number that you can call if you have a problem or concern. You also deserve a Mrs. Albee doll.

11. Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Consultant you will be trained to help your clients choose the best facial care and makeup. You can have Oatmeal sessions and/or do one-on-one consultations.

12. Fund-raising

Many Avon representatives basically only do Fund-Raising. I have spoken with some representatives who make anywhere from $5,000 to $7,000 in fund-raisers.

13. Licensed by Avon Beauty Centre

Avon are those agents who prefer to have their licensed Avon Beauty Shopping Center Mall. This is a good customer can go to the Beauty Center for items that they need immediately. There is no delay in what he has commanded and resolved.

14. Agreement

While in leadership I encouraged my people to attend Avon meetings. The meetings were awesome, captivating, motivational, encouraging and uplifting. Cash raffles, Avon swag, and great talks.

15. Organization

Apart from being content with itself, it must be established. You must have a plan in place. Call the couriers before the product arrives, set delivery times, and always call them before they travel to deliver their product. This will save time and capital.

16. Failure

Unfortunately they are in short supply in the items they ordered. This is one of the downsides. Remember, Avon is sold in 148 different countries, so run out of items before they reach you. For some reason I’ve noticed it seems to happen more with new agents including me when I first started. So don’t let this break you down. Keep in touch with your customers and explain the situation. Most customers are very understanding about this.

17. Expense

There are many expenses that you can claim when you file your tax return including gas mileage, office supplies, Avon parts, expenses mail, a new computer, and many other things.

Always remember this in your business. Remember to have fun, build relationships, and make money.
