Installing Wire Shelving like a Pro

Is the space above your washer and dryer feeling empty and unused? Do you have extra space in your bathroom to fit your extra towels and soaps? If so, you’ve probably thought about the wiring harness. Wire shelving is a cheap and effective way of creating space in confined or unused spaces. Comes with all parts sectioned by 4 fl. It is easy to install and requires few skills and little time effort. In no time, you’ll be able to install cable ties like a pro.

The first thing you need to do is locate the area where your security will be. Mark a level line on the wall with a small 2ft. or of a lesser degree. You can also use a laser level if you have access to one. Along the pre-marked flat line, make a small mark every 12 in. from one side to the other, left to right. Use the drill and in. bits and drills drilled through drywall on both sides. Tap each drywall anchor hole with a small hammer. Using a screw gun, tighten each screw to the bracket. Be careful not to tighten the screw. Set your cordless screw gun to a lower number than it will prevent over tension.

Now we will begin to install the threaded wire. Measure the door of your room. Transfer the measurement to the slopes and subtract the centimeter. You can cut slopes with a pair of saws or even use a hacksaw if no bolt-on saws are available. Leave enough room at the end of each strip to put an end cap on. Usually about an inch. Place plastic end caps over freshly cut ends. Anchor the end of the shelf by lowering the hook and lowering the shelf until it snaps into place.

Next, you need to install the end bracket. Place the torpedo level on top of the suspended wire. Place the end of the bracket against the wall and mark the holes with a pen. This will make your bra flat when you start the exercise. Take the torpedo off the shelf level and put it down. Drill the holes that I marked using a -inch drill bit. Place the drywall anchors in the hole and tap them gently with a hammer. Tighten the Phillips head screws until they are secure. Do not tighten the screws or pull the anchors.

Lastly, you need to add the diameter of the cap. On every other wall you will need to add the diameter of the anchor location that you added to the shelf in the beginning. Hook the bracket on the shelf and place the top against the wall. Mark the holes with the pen again. Drill holes with a bit inch. Tap the anchors on the wall and secure the screws in the anchor. Repeat this process for each diagonal line. Use the prepared shelves now.
