There isn’t a specific degree or career path you can choose to become a nonprofit CEO. It usually will require a MBA, but mostly it’s knowing the right people at the right time. You need the right personality,leadership skills and charisma to land this job. Many nonprofit CEO’s earn well over $300,000 a year. Some even earn more than a million dollars a year, plus perks.
