Do some people just absolutely annoy you on Facebook? Do they get on your nerves by doing certain things? Well, maybe they need to learn some Facebook manners! If you ask me, there are a lot of people on Facebook who need to learn some manners. Some things just shouldn’t be posted on Facebook and some just need to learn some manners and respect. Do feel free to pass this article of advice along to anyone who needs it!
Don’t Send 100 Game Requests a Day
This is one of the worse things on Facebook. People will send you 100 game requests a day and you don’t even play the game. First of all, to handle this game in a nice, respectful manner, send the person an email and ask them to please not send you these requests. If they continue to do so from there, you have two options. First, you can choose to block all requests from that particular game, or second, you can delete the person off your Facebook. The second option is a bit harsh, but if all else fails, well then you know how to use the “Unfriend” button!
Don’t Allow 58 Comments of Fighting on Your Facebook Status
I think it is absolutely stupid how someone will say something and then two or more of their friends will disagree and start fighting about it in the comments section. Before you know it, there are 58 comments of them fighting and your notifications are being blown up because of it. Not only that, but fights or disagreements shouldn’t be broadcasted all over Facebook. Either call the person, go see the person, or at least open the dang chat box and finish it there. If you deal with this, you can unsubscribe to the person so you won’t be notified anymore and your notifications won’t blow up, or you can unfriend them if it comes to that.
Don’t Beg for Gifts and Help for Games
Come on people, stop begging for gifts and help with that game you are addicted to. Not everyone plays those games and the ones who don’t, don’t want to see their inbox filled up with people begging them for gifts and other stuff to help them in the game. I have played these games a few times and have been addicted to a couple of them and even then I couldn’t stand to have 20 emails from the same person begging me to send them a gift. If you need them that bad, go find a cheat engine and get them. If you are having this problem, the only way to stop it is to unfriend the person if they won’t stop after you ask them.
Don’t Tag and Threaten
Okay, this is my last one! I have seen this so many times that it is ridiculous! People will write a threatening post and then tag the person in the post that they are talking about. Not only is that childish and immature, but it is also illegal. Did you know that you can go to jail for threatening someone? And when you post these threats on Facebook and tag the person in the post, you are signing your own warrant. All the person has to do is get a screenshot of it and you are going to jail, friend!
So please, learn some manners and some common sense. Some people have taken the Freedom of Speech thing a bit too far and use it anytime something is said about what they say.
