I’m a lotion junkie, and when a lotion junkie gets a slew of freebie lotions, of course she has to report her findings online in the form of a review.
Daily Moisture Lotion Lubriderm for Normal to Dry Skin, Skin Therapy – The scent is a fresh lotion that I wouldn’t normally buy.
When I buy lotions I look at the packaging. If the packaging isn’t pretty or appealing, I won’t buy the lotion. After I fall to the beautiful labels in the product I then pop the top and wait for my scent. to agree with the senses. If it smells good, I’ll buy it. If it sucks, I leave it.
I’m looking forward to painting it when I buy it, however vain it sounds… that’s what I’m looking forward to. If the packaging isn’t pretty I won’t even smell it. Many people say they don’t judge a book by its cover…and I don’t tend to. When it comes to beauty products though; I can’t help it. After all, we are talking about ‘beauty’ products.
I’m not looking for the benefits of moisturizer, or hydration, and all that other stuff.
This is the reason why Lubriderm Daily Moisture Lotion for Normal to Dry Skin, Skin Therapy – Fresh Scent will sit on the counter. The package is out of shape, the bottle is in an ugly shape, and the whole thing just sounds out of shape and thick. Lubriderm.Barf!
Odor:
I knew it would suck, I’d say just because of the crappy ugly duckling bottle that the lipstick comes in. Lubriderm Daily Moisture Lotion for Normal to Dry Skin, Skin Therapy – The fresh scent smells like old baby powder mixed with gluten. Ew! I know who the hell wants to smell like baby powder donkey mixed with Elmer’s glue?
Not me!
Promise:
After I was done, I sniffed my new powdery glutinous lotion and then read the description of the bottle.
Make me easy and past all that BS… Lubriderm Daily Lotion for dry skin, skin therapy – fresh scent… received the word moisturizing, benefits, not greasy, moisturize skin you have to smell rancid… but at least it’s not greasy right?
My experience:
Because of this review I of course had to put the Lubriderm Daily Moisture Lotion for normal to dry skin, Skin Therapy – fresh scent. I let out a little bit of lust and rubbed it on my legs. They are always dry and hairy in the winter months.
The lotion is thick, and a little longer. Although I didn’t feel it, it reminded me of Bath and Body Works Body Butters. that thick, heavy, buttery texture that makes itself known because it doesn’t absorb well.
Lubriderm Daily Lotion for Normal to Dry Skin, Skin Therapy – The scent was so fresh. It took forever to absorb into my skin, and when it did, it did leave a greasy semi-oily feeling. A promise busted. The formula leaves a thick residue, I don’t care what the bottle says…Lubriderm Daily Moisture Lotion for normal to dry skin, Skin Therapy – The scent of fresh oil.
Over:
It’s hate!
It was probably the gunk I put on my skin a bit.
If you are looking for a moisturizer for dry skin though, Lubriderm Daily Lotion for normal to dry skin, Skin Therapy – Fresh Scent it will give you moisture… with some butter fat of course.
