When my son’s 7th birthday approached, I wanted to do something else. We made a cheesecake for the kids’ party. It was fine, but the parents were there for food and beer. We were doing a home party thing where the world was going out. We considered laser tag and a few other entertainment options. Laser Tag was not an option for anyone under 47 inches. At the last minute I came up with the Idea Medieval Times. The tournament popped into my head because it was one of those places I always wanted to go. I didn’t know much about him then, but now I’m a big fan.
How many times is the cost of the Middle Ages?
Ok one thing I like least about this program is the price. At our location the cost was $53.84 for people 12 and up. For children 12 and under, the price is $40.64. From my memory, this does not include tax or gratuity charges. For a family of 3 you could easily spend $170 without major drinks. Medieval Times has an open location that is not included in the admission prices. They are great drinks and many people seem to buy them and enjoy them for a while. There is also a 10.80 charge per person to be in the VIP section. The medieval VIP section entitles you to a flag, a DVD, and pre-order at the tournament. VIP 30 would be another charge on top of the other. At the very least, don’t date cheaply. The staff at Medieval Times also makes birthday cakes and knight ceremonies for a fee.
Why are Medieval Times Breakfast & Fun tournaments?
Medieval Times is the event where I started off with a “Wow this is corny” impression. The people were dressed in minimal clothing and spoke in old English sheepdog. My family got there early, and we saw everything. We took a picture with the king and my soldier son. We got there in the morning and the first session was in the first community base.
You are gifted with a crown with color. I didn’t notice this at first. There are about 6 color groups. When I entered my design I wanted a green group because my son’s favorite color is green. My lady’s favorite color was red and we got red.
Finally we were invited to dinner. They set out to find out if the green crowns were ready to sit. The green crowns were mostly silent because no one had a clue what was going on at the time. Then he called the Red Group. We were simply shouting because we didn’t want to be slandered as the green team.
Sit in sections with your color group. Each color has a knight. Just like the food you eat with your hands is served, the throw plays. They introduce each part of the defender. Evidences of prowess, prowess, and valor were given to each of the strongest. The green team was called an unstable, lazy, drunken prankster who once in his miserable life got out of bed to do some good. Hearing that description of green, I no longer wanted to be green. I certainly wouldn’t be green with envy.
In fact, the red team was the biggest in the tournament. We defended ourselves as a spur, which you quickly lost in the tournament. So we stole all the other boxers’ “Suck” concert. Well it reminded me of “Medieval Times”. To say the least, everyone came to the show and had a ball. In the end, Red redeems himself as a warrior. I will not give the story. All I can say is that you will enjoy the event.
What centuries will most enjoy the medieval times
I was wondering if 5 year olds would enjoy medieval times. We had a group of 10 people with 4 kids. The youngest was 5. My son had a blast at 7. 5 years old time was great. Really kids of all ages had a wonderful time at the event. Live horses and fights with swords like all kids want to do.
Medieval times brings child support to all while we watch and help a champion hoping for victory. They say there are many who come at night and enjoy the outdoors the most. Two daily shows (2:30 PM and 5 PM). Shows open in the morning When we left the show at 5 PM people were standing outside waiting to get in and be seated. All who went had a good time.
