Michael Keaton, Edward Norton Join Cast of ‘Birdman’

The new movie “Birdman” took two new stars and both choices remain very ironic. Alejandro González Iñárritu (“Babel”) is directing “Birdman,” a movie about the actor who is famous for the iconic superhero game. The actor wants to rebuild himself and tries to do so by joining the Opera play. In some fantastic news, the actor’s role went to Michael Keaton, who of course starred as Batman in two Tim Burton. Attempts to behave . Another new announcement is that Edward Norton will take on the role of the egotistical leading man who makes Keaton’s life hell.

Michael Keaton

The signing that brings the most fun to the script brings Keaton on board, a geek favorite actor who doesn’t get enough roles these days. That the actor Batman star in the movie will be called “birdman” is quite ironic, but if the script. Somehow Keaton mutters “I’m Aveman,” comic book fans will see the movie in droves. Of course, this suits Keaton well, as he starred in both Tim Burton’s Batman films, and struggled to find his place back then. Lately, Keaton has taken supporting roles in a number of comedy films, showing his side of comedy, but here the character is acting with higher expectations.

Edward Norton

If Keaton playing the role of an actor who became famous as a superhero is ironic, imagine the irony of Edward Norton playing someone who makes life very difficult. Norton has been in the role of turning this idea around before in “Death to Smoochy”, but it’s more ironic because of Norton’s past life. The actor remains known as one of the most temperate and controlling actors in Hollywood. In “American HistoryX”, in which he was the lead actor, he had a stolen film. so he could edit as he wanted from the director. It also caused many problems on the set of “Incredible Hulk” and Marvel found it easier to blow up another one for “The Avengers”.

Alejandro González Iñárritu

If anyone can pull these two together, it’s Iñárritu. One of the rising stars of Spanish cinema, along with his friends Guillermo Del Toro and Alfonso Cuaron, Iñárritu remains one of the few with less work to do. In fact, when he undertakes projects, they have great results. After making his name with “Amores Perros” in 2000, he worked with Sean Penn in “21 Grams”, a film that earned Naomi Watts and Benicio Del Toro Oscar nominations. He went big time with “Babel” the movie with Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett in the casting shot seven Oscar nominations taking Javier Barden’s last movie “Biutiful” picked up an Oscar nomination. Iñárritu threw his way around, and if the past is any indication, Keaton and Norton are in for a treat.
