My Favorite Car – a 1991 Caprice Classic

I have had several cars in my life. My first was a 1989 Ford Escort that I wrecked twice. Another car wreck happened. My second car was a 1991 Corsica. I drove through a huge puddle of mud and destroyed the engine. 1. I have finished giving away from you.

My third and my favorite-car is a 1991 Caprice Classic. I bought it in 2001 for $1000.00. It had 34,000 miles on it at the time. The interior and painting were perfect. I have never owned such a beautiful car, much less paid so little. My 1989 Ford Escort was $1500.00, and the Corsica cost me about $5000 and took five years to pay off. I paid a whim for money.

I have decided to keep the Capriccio for a few years, and then give myself up on the Cadillac as soon as possible. got a good paying job A good paying job was never done, and 10 years later I still own a Caprice. It now has over 130,000 miles on it, but it still runs like it did in 2001.

Also, the maintenance was very budget friendly. Every three months the oil change. I have a full antifreeze. I change a tire when I need to change, and I keep my ears open for movie sounds.

In the ten years I’ve had the car, I’ve needed to replace the battery twice. spark plugs I had to change the wires and the distributor cap. I have had to change the pads twice and replace my heater core. Last year he needed a new water pump. This year it needed a new radiator and gas tank. The gas tank was really shocked. They don’t make capricious gas tanks anymore. They were bought fresh, and they are not cheap. The tank and labor cost about $350.00, but that’s only one car payment on a new car. I really couldn’t complain. At present, he needs a fresh start, and I would like to accept the song, but the situation is not urgent. It still starts and runs.

When I add it all up, I probably spent $6,000 dollars on maintenance over 10 years. I would like to get this repainted. I would like to replace the windshield, and I would like to redo the interior, but all that is waiting. The car runs great and is incredibly comfortable to drive. I’ve taken it from Indiana to the east coast several times, and I’m confident it can make the trip again. You don’t want to replace Caprice in this scene. It’s been a fantastic car and continues to be a fantastic car. I can’t imagine trading for anything else. nothing else compares in my mind.
