Another cold, wet, snowy day in East, Ohio, and I was lucky enough to be home from work today, along with all the kids. We had a simple day off, went to the grocery store, the dollar store, the doctors, a short cruise.
When we were in the car, we were deciding what to make for dinner. We all decided to have dads hot and spicy spaghetti. My wife and kids usually don’t like spicy, but when it comes to my spaghetti they all seem to. it is like When we were eating, I added my oldest guess which spices to mix. He is usually in law, and what he lacks, his wife makes up. I try at least once a month to stir up my recipe for my spaghetti.
Here are the secret ingredients I use in my hot spaghetti.
1) 1lb box of spaghetti noodles makes any brand.
2) 1lb of ground beef, well cooked and all fat shaved off.
3) 32oz Please with meat sauce. (any note is ok, but please make it thicker)
4) 1 tablespoon of black pepper.
5) 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
6) 1 tablespoon of onion powder.
7) 1 tablet of crushed red peppers.
8) 1 tablespoon celery.
9) 1 tablespoon hot sauce. (Tabasco sauce is really good, but hot for the family)
10) 1 fresh cut flowers.
11) A number of freshly dissected mushrooms.
