We only need our eyes. We use them almost all the time and feel when something happens to them. But how often do you actually have time to do something? It is easy to see that when people exercise, their body becomes stronger and healthier. The thought of making a line exercises easy eyes, is often laughed at by teachers. Why not? If you start doing eye exercises and your eyes are better, who is losing money?
I lost my eye exercises for the rest of my life. And for years I had strong eyes. Only in the past two months my vision vision just started to get scary. I mentioned this in a recent article. I had a problem with Canola oil. I switched to my regular oil, which is a rice/steep oil available in most oriental stores, and my vision almost went back to normal.
As I get older, I realize that I have to focus a little more on my eyes. Instead of spending two minutes a week doing eye exercises, you need to spend 10 or 15 minutes a day working out. This is mentioned in the perfect natural vision. Remember, if you ever do anything to your eyes, it will take some proper focus and time for some improvement. According to the “Perfect Natural Vision” book, it has something to do with your diet. He says that drinking, eating the wrong foods, and more can actually affect your vision. Think eyes as big clean. They also work in conjunction with the biggest cleaner in your body, the liver. When, therefore, you have placed in your body what is not useful, the body enters into a mode of purification. And the junk you eat affects your eyes thus affecting your vision.
One of the eyes is trained by “Perfect Natural Vision”, called the Distance View of Objects. He started sitting in a chair. Hold your finger or pencil near your eyes. Close your eyes. It is easier for me to give one eye. Test your pencil or finger for a few minutes. Look at the color of the pencil or the color of your fingernails. Move your finger anywhere from the right to your nose at arms length. Focus on your pencil or finger. Then look with the same eye at a distance of 30 feet. See details on distant objects. Then pull back and examine your pencil or finger again. “Perfect Natural Vision” recommends that you do this exercise 20 to 30 times. Opening the eye when it is closed, there will be some time for the light to cool down before continuing the exercises.
The book “Natural Perfect Vision” was truly a gift to me. Some of the material in the book, I already know, and yet even that part helps. Mainly because people just don’t give you this stuff anymore. It is written in a very easy to understand format which reminds me that in order to maintain good vision, you need to look at the basics.
