No Ants in Your Pants: Organic Ant Control

They are bad. It can be found in any part of the house regardless of food or not. Trust me, when you come up through the faucet of your bath tub after five minutes in the shower, you know something is wrong. And if you live in an area prone to red and ants and fire, it will bite and also hurt.
So if you want to be active and environmentally safe organically, here are five tips;

1. In the kitchen: Clean out the cupboards and any food storage areas. Make sure the food is properly packaged and if not and the package is damaged, repack. We wipe the scales with an organic detergent. I use mild nitro baking-soda”>baking soda for most things. And as suggested on ehow.com, when sprinkle lightly with mint oil and let dry.

2. If you have an entry point for these cheap insects, put down ant bait. Don’t be alarmed by the invasion of emerging ants. This they share in the colony with the lethal delicacies. It is similar to what they do with rat infestations outside buildings, especially in England. It takes a couple of days, but after a period of storage, you will feel less of an infestation. This wiped out most of the colony. I warn you not to kill the ants bait! Here he places the smoke which has not yet been extinguished in the body of the ant. If you find dead ones and suspect that they will eat that food, dispose of them quickly and tie them in a bag, as you would with mice. That’s a double bag with mice. Out of the trash.

3. If you find nests or ant hills, pour vinegar over them. Repeat until there is no movement.
4. The fire ant is known in the south. But the little peddlers are coming up more slowly in the north and in every direction. In order to control the population, the first step is to use shooting. Use a hand held scoop of Green Natural Light Fire Ant Killer with Companion (found on greenlightco.com but not for sale at this time), place on the ground of form aggers in the late meridian during the fall to reduce them in the coming spring. Make sure to use it when the rain hits. Then you can boil the water and pour it on the mounds for 3-6 weeks. This suggestion is widely used and very effective. If you are inside, you can use a bait spreader, you can apply it inside. A product recommended as ‘safer around children, care, and food’ is MaxForce Ant Bait Gel (total price $33.95 at http://store.doyourownpestcontrol.com). And remember, a worthy store of your food. Preferably in tight plastic containers. For more suggested products, check out getridofthings.com/get-rid-of-ants.htm

5. You will plant something for your lovers. . . to grow purple When they bloom, they give off a distinct scent that repels ants. I also like to add a sprinkling of salt cayenne-pepper (it also sprinkles effectively on the cat) or the search powder helps.
