1) Beef Stew –
Ingredients:
1-2 pounds of soup meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup sprinkles
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup beef broth
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
3 should be divided
3 potatoes, diced
1-2 onions, chopped
directions:
Put the meat in a pot. Mix the flour, salt and pepper, and pour over the meat. Stir until cooked. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or cook on High for 4-5 hours. Be sure to stir the soup thoroughly before serving.
2) Ham & Potatoes Au Grautin –
Ingredients:
2 cups diced extra lean ham
4 cups raw diced potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup alum cheddar cheese
1 cup Cream of Chicken or Cream of Celery Soup (10 3/4 ounce can)
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of dried celery
Prepared 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
directions:
Spray an earthenware dish with seasoned butter cooking spray. Mix the ham, potatoes and onions. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the top. In a small bowl, mix the milk, pepper, celery, and mustard. Add this potato soup mix and ham mixture. Mix everything well. Cover and cook on HIGH for 8 hours. Raise the servants well before.
3) Beef Stroganoff –
Ingredients:
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 package of brown sauce overflows
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 ounce cans)
1 1/4 cups of water
1 cup sour cream
12-ounce package of egg noodles, cooked
directions:
Ground beef is browned and then dried. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, brown sauce, and 1/4 cup of water in a pan and mix well. Pour the ground beef mixture into the Crock-pot. Add the mushrooms, onions, soup and the remaining 1 cup water and stir well. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Before serving, mix in the sour cream and stir well. Serve over hot egg noodles.
4) BBQ Sandwiches –
Ingredients:

BBQ Sauce
directions:
Place roast pork in the Crock-Pot. BBQ sauce of your choice over roasted pork Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours. After the roast is done, remove from the Crock-pot, shred with a fork and place the meat in the Crock-Pot. Heat for 10 more minutes, or until heated through. Serve on toasted pieces.
5) Meatballs –
Ingredients:
1lb lean beef
1 egg
1/2 cup dry Italian seasoning bread crumbs
1 jar of life pasta sauce, or homemade salad.
directions:
Mix the ground beef, egg and bread crumbs. Shape the mixture into 12 meatballs. Arrange the meat in the bottom of the Crock-pot and pour pasta sauce over the meatballs. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours until the meatballs are done. Serve on pasta or on Italian rolls as a meatball sandwich.
6) Lasagna –
Ingredients:
1lb ground beef
1 teaspoon Italian sauce
1 jar of dipping sauce, employee sauce
1/3 cup of water
8 lasagna noodles
1 cup of mushrooms, 4 1/2 ounces
1 container of ricotta cheese, 15 ounces
2 cups of shredded yeast cheese
directions:
Brown the beef, drain and mix in the Italian seasoning. Mix with pasta sauce and water. Spray the crock-pot with cooking spray. Place 4 raw noodles in the bottom of the Crock-Pot. Accumsan vulputate mixture, adipiscing sauce and mushrooms. Sprinkle the ricotta cheese evenly and sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Layer with the rest of the noodles, meat, sauce mixture, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Reduce heat and cook on low for 5 hours.
7 Sweet & Sour chicken –
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
5 ounces LaChoy Sweet and Sour Sauce
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
8 ounces pineapple chunks condensed juice (1/4 cup juice)
2 tablespoons of sugar
16-ounce bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables
directions:
Spray the Crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray. Add the chicken pieces; time with another powder and onion powder. Stir in the sweet and sour sauce, pineapple chunks, brown sugar and the reserved 1/4 cup pineapple juice. Cover and cook on HEAVY for 6-7 hours.
