The image editor does an excellent job of keeping things simple enough for novice photographers to pick up and start using, but provides enough advanced features to keep that novice busy for years. Photoshop Elements is an excellent image editor and is worth the upgrade or full price edition, but I wouldn’t buy this with the Ultimate Elements 11 video editor unless I’ve fully checked it out as well.
I had no shortage of problems with Premiere Elements and I really don’t recommend that you buy it as a bundled software package with Photoshop Elements but I highly recommend Photoshop Elements 11 on its own.
