Product Review: Eureka Altima Vacuum

I recently purchased a Eureka Altima vacuum cleaner. Although the vacuum I bought had the word “Altima” printed on it, this particular model was placed in Europe as a model 5892BVZ. The Eureka Altima vacuum is an upright vacuum and features a “bagless” cleaning system. Instead of vacuum cleaner bags, the Eureka Altima, like the latest vacuum, is designed to pick up dust and debris from your home. blankets in a removable box that you can simply remove, empty and re-apply.

The Eureka Altima vacuum has twelve power amps, weighs twenty-four pounds, and comes with a thirty-foot cord. The most appealing aspects of this void, which ultimately led to the decision to redeem, are the unique attachments. The Eureka Altima vacuum comes with a couple of special attachments that I personally have never seen on a vacuum cleaner before and that seemed like they would be really useful. The first attraction that caught my eye in Eureka Ultimate was the Tiger Paw. This is a small attachment that consists of a semi-enclosed brush, much like the bottom of a vacuum cleaner. However, the small size and the ability to apply flexible hoses seem to give a real advantage when cleaning the stairs or the base of the wall itself. The second accessory included with the Eureka Altima that I found extremely useful was the telescopic self-cleaning dustpan. This dust sits in a plastic pocket on the side of the vacuum, from which a special vacuum is opened to suck up the dust while vacuuming.

Overall, I found Eureka Altima to be a very inferior product. After a few uses, the Eureka Altima began to lose suction. After a second use or two, it was picking up almost nothing from my carpets. And although Eureka boasts that this model is made with the only HEPA-certified system on the market that is supposed to leave the air in your home. latus, we couldn’t help but notice that our house smelled too dusty despite the frequent vacuuming. No matter how well we cleaned the parts, we could not get our Eureka Altima to work properly. After only having the Eureka Altima for a while, the main brush stopped at the bottom of the vacuum, working all at once, and even if I put my hand directly on the bottom of the vacuum, I could feel absolutely no suction. At this point we were forced to return our Eureka Altima to the store for a full refund, very disappointed with the lack of functionality or consistency.

And what about those fantastic attachments? Well, Tiger Paw, as well as another pen attachment, claimed to fall off Eureka Altima every time I vacuumed! It was very frustrating and annoying to have in the middle of cleaning to stop doing attachments with falling. And to be honest, I haven’t had the Eureka Altima long enough to get any use out of the supposed self-cleaning dusty telescope. Another frustrating element of the Eureka Altima was the lack of a straight power cord. It was very thick and inflexible, difficult to wind and secure, throwing away the vacuum after each use. One final negative of the Eureka Altima was its size and color. A lot, heavy, straight, colors alittle black and a lot of yellow tips. Despite its unattractive appearance, the unique emotions left me believing it was worth the purchase.

After we returned the Eureka Altima, we bought another vacuum cleaner. At the first use of the new vacuum cleaner we are tired to see how much dust the new cleaner will absorb from our carpets, dust that the Eureka Altima does not pick up he could! No wonder our house smelled so dusty. After one use with the new cleaner, our house smelled much cleaner. If you’re shopping for a new upright vacuum, you might want to stop by Eureka Altima.
