Now that we’ve gotten the technical stuff out of the way, I’ll give you a layman’s, or rather layman’s, view of this machine.

The HP Compaq Evo N610c Laptop is a very cherry machine. It is one of the thinnest and lightest laptops in the business class. Its cons must outweigh its pros in this way:

Pros of the HP Compaq Evo N610c

Thin: The HP Compaq Evo N610c measures just 12.1 by 9.8 by 1.2 inches.

Weight: Empty MultiBay Evo N610c weighs about 4.8 pounds. When loaded, it weighs about 5.6 pounds. Either way, we can do it easily. I’m a small woman and I don’t have any business going around.

Fast: Although not less than the fastest 2 GHz, 1.8 moves quickly when it downloads, opening applications and web surfaces. A larger version is available for those willing to pay extra for speed.

Shortcuts: The layout of the keyboard is complete as all the keys are in the standard Windows layout. It was also touched. it is neither too easy nor too difficult. The HP Compaq Evo has both a pointing stick and a touchpad with a double set of left and right mouse buttons. These developer features give you options that make using Evo easy.

Screen: The 14-inch display supports a dense but very rigid native resolution of 1,400x 1,050. It is clear and very easy to eyes with beautiful colors.

MultiBay: MultiBay hot-swappable Evo accepts many options such as: floppy drive, second changed in their blog? After an hour or so, you’ll be able to rub your eye on a section of his ball underneath. So, you have to move it around, or close it to keep it cool.

Battery Life: The Evo has a battery life of about two hours compared to some other devices in its class with a battery life of three hours . However, you can carry the device outside the device, which will give you up to four hours of use.

Fire-Wire: The HP Compaq Evo N610c does not have a Fire-Wire port to support multimedia peripherals such as digital cameras and other high-speed devices such as the latest hard disk drives and printers.

According to a C-Net review, “The Evo N610c is the ultimate business laptop, just not quite as stellar as the Latitude C640 and IBM ThinkPad T30.” I haven’t tested the other two devices, so I can’t comment on their games. Let me tell you that the HP Compaq Evo N610c is one very user-friendly beautiful machine with more pros than cons and well worth every penny of its price.
