I’m a huge potato chip fan. In fact, I prefer potato chips over corn stalks for dipping, even in Mexican dip. I’m also a bit of a health nut. So when I came across Natural Lay’s Thick Cut Sea Salt Potato Chips, I was delighted. I picked up a package to try them.
When I came home from the store in the afternoon, I had my husband and children and a little bit of half a portion. We tasted these and two other varieties that we picked up at the store. My youngest son immediately said, “These are not smart.” But as a matter of fact, he kept eating them, so that they could not be evil.
Since they were thickly sliced, the dip was pretty good, even with the cottage cheese and bean dip. As my sons, they did not have as much flavor as the Lay Cooks! The cheddar and Sour Cream flavored chips I also bought that day. As promised, the chips had no natural flavors or artificial colors. They only contained sunflower potatoes, sunflower, and sea salt. But they were not humble, nor organic. Whole Foods The organic potato chips I tried a few months ago, although expensive, tasted better when they had some barbecue seasoning. The nutrition information showed that Polatos Lay’s Natural Chips have about 150 calories, 10 grams of fat, and 370 mg of sodium per serving. . They had intermediate protein P. 2 , 1 gram fiber and 10% USRDA of Vitamin C, 10% Vitamin E, 6 % niacin.
The price was $3.00 for a 9 1/2 ounce package. I really felt that they were quite comparable to other similar potato chips. The bottom line is that potato-chips is not a valid food, but even natural potato chips should be eaten in moderation.
The xxxiii are great for dipping, but. Cook the layman! I tried to dip the cheddar and sour flavored ice cream chips, in comparison, with them. Dip made from low-fat cottage cheese, pimento and green chiles, and they went well with it. Dip is simple to do; they just drain some peppers and fill them with water and add green chiles, put them in the cottage cheese, and add a few extras. Red Devil
It’s also good with a simple dip, which I make with nonfat yogurt, freshly ground garlic and salt. Another excellent simple dip was the rich fat refried beans topped with a little American cheese, warmed up. I was able to dip Natural Thick Cut Sea Salt Potato Chips into these dips, or dip them on a foam spoon, without the foam cracking or breaking.
Overall, I give these chips a high rating. But since they are not low fat, I think it’s important to make sure that when you eat foods that are low fat.
