The problem was that my registration was not signed! Apparently by signing the card you acknowledge that you know that littering and littering can get you a $300.00 fine.
Well two bindings cost me $107.50 and one signed registration cost me $75.00 in court. I was not told at the time that having a non-operating window on the drivers side is against the law. I have noticed a dramatic decrease in local cars that have items in the mirrors. This was so important that along with the Towanda Police Chief and two of his officers.. The police chief states that he needs another guy. Why? Who is with the guys?

There are many things a police officer can do to get frustrated and stop another car.
1. Nothing hanging from the rear view mirror.. Nothing.
2 Even the nuisance tag that hangs from your mirror while driving is illegal.
3. They don’t have complimentary tickets in any window.
4. you don’t have any license plate to make your car look cool.

7. Carefully remove any large box from storage in the cart, front, or car if it blocks vision to the side or rear.
8 Make sure you have brake lights and blinkers. Typically, if the strike is really vivid, one bulb will go out.
9 Both license plate bulbs work to do this so you have a better chance of at least working.
10. An animal hanging out of the car window could get you a ticket too.
11. Do not have more people in the car than it is properly designed to carry. this means only 3 people in a bench seat arranged for three people.
12 Make sure you know how far the turning sign is before turning. In some states from 100 to 200 feet once you go 35 mph or more.
13 stop at full signs or flashing red lights.
14 Do not remove your hand, so that you do not turn red, because someone cracks. That man honking may be a police plant

15 Make sure you have the current license plate on the sticker.
Don’t blame me. I admire the police and feel that they have been switched from an educational cause to a financial machine by our elected officials.
If I didn’t have my registration at all, I would like to extend the 5 days without end. However, it was not a sealed sin. Think so.
They take time to write the password so they don’t have to register and take time to create the password when it comes out. Double work and no
revenue I’d have a policeman sign my ticket and have a better income stream than I would have had if I hadn’t had the damned thing.
Towards the end of the ticketing process I was informed by the Governor that my voice had been recorded. I was remembered without my knowledge either
permission! He never told me that he could give me 4 tickets and he only gave me 2. If he had done that, I would have thought he was a good man.
But not before.
There are complications with my case because 8 months ago I was a victim of my hit and run. mail box and in the State Police do not accept
