Getting Started
Before starting any fitness exercise, it is best to consult with your primary care physician to make sure you are healthy enough for moderate exercise.
Mini trampolines are very suitable for fitness routines as the goal is to perform controlled movements. Larger trampolines are also useful, but they increase the chances of injury because the movements can easily become too large and overwhelming. Trampolines with side rails are the best starting point to avoid catapult injuries.
Buy a stable six-leg design mini trampoline with a solid spring system and a non-slip mat – it will cost you no more than a month in the company at local gym.
As with any fitness exercise, a good band warm-up between stretching will help reduce the risk of injury. Trampoline injuries, although rarely life-threatening, can leave you with sprains, strains and fractures, so caution must be exercised and all safety precautions must be taken.
Regardless of your current fitness level, it’s important to start slowly. Resonance is a different movement than traditional exercises and only time can decrease the effects star you feel.
