Recipe for Baked Salmon with Miso

Salmon is quick and easy to prepare. Seasoned with a little salt and pepper, you can cook salmon steak in minutes under the broiler or on the grill. But what if they only stop with salt and pepper? Fish in the marinade is enough for the day, and you can cook it for dinner in a few minutes.

Recipe for Bake Salmon and Miso

Ingredients:
2 Salmon Steaks
12 oz Miso Paste
3 Tbs or mirin (sweet rice wine)
2 Tbs Rice wine
2 Tbs Sugar
1 small lemon
Infused with salt

Prepare your salmon fillets or steaks by removing them from the package and washing them. Lightly salt the fish. Mix the mirin, miso and rice wine with the sugar. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little water. It depends on the type of miso you use.

Put the marinade over the fish. The fish can stay in the marinade for a few minutes, or for the whole day. The longer it stays in the marinade, the more the flavor will work into the salmon.

When you’re ready to cook, remove the salmon from the marinade and place in a roasting pan. Broil the fish in the oven at a temperature of 350 to 400 degrees F, or 175 to 205 degrees C. In fish only take about 5 minutes to cook Take care that it does not burn.
