In an effort to be more aware of the planet, and health conscious, I have been experimenting with various organic products. My latest encounter with the green world was with Deep Hard Foaming Hand Wash.
I made sure to find them because they are 100% paraben free, 100% chemical preservative free, 100% Vegan (safe for you and the planet), cruelty free, and contain no SLS.
The hand comes in a variety of scents such as Lavender-Chamomile, Meldew-Spearmint, Grapefruit-Bergamot, Rosemary-Mint, Tangerine-Melon, and the Crazy variety.
I tried the Meldew Spearmint, Tangerine-Melon, and Lavender Chamomile scents.
I tried all three scents and they smell amazing! They have just the right scent – it’s not strong or overpowering. My husband loved Meldew-Spearmint because it has a bit more of a masculine scent. I like them all, but I would say Tangerine-Melon is my favorite if I had to choose just one.
As with most foaming soaps, start with wet hands and squeeze some product into your hands. It always amazes me that the liquid in the bottle comes out foamy on your hands. I think that is so cool!
It doesn’t take a lot of hand washing to get the job done. The foam is rich and white, and as I said, the smell is wonderful. My hands hands feel really clean and my skin doesn’t dry out with other soaps. Even my husband commented on how natural and clean his hands felt when washed with the soap. It’s not that sticky waxy feeling left behind that hand soaps usually leaves on the skin. I think the organic ingredients in these products allow it to keep the skin feeling soft and smooth.
I kept the bottle by the sinks”>kitchen sink and it only lasted about 3 weeks and it’s only half way, so that’s enough .
If you buy from their website, the hand soap costs you $7.50 for an 8.5 oz bottle. I got mine through a local distributor and paid $4.00 per bottle. It’s still pretty expensive, but I just love how it smells and how clean my hands feel afterwards.
