Review of Olay Regenerist Eye Derma-Pod Anti-Aging System

It is not the fountain of youth. No matter how many anti-aging products I try, I can’t find one that reduces wrinkles and makes my skin look younger. I am 51 years, and I laugh at these lines before my eyes which I would like to be free from I don’t know if it’s even possible. I do know that Olay Regenerist Eye Derma-pod’s don’t help.

In all fairness to them, Olay suggests that you also use the Regenerista Eye Lift Serum in conjunction with their Derma-Cells, which I didn’t do. However, I used other anti-aging eye creams.

Description

Indeed, these Derma-pods are unusual for the eye area. Remind me of the self tanning product I used this summer. Each vessel contains a small amount of liquid (the response system) in a tiny capsule. small pouch attached, white foam applicator. There are 24 Derma-podium applicators per package, enough for 8 weeks of treatment.

Directions for use

* Close one eye and apply the product to the eye area, avoiding the eye itself.
* Start at the inner corner of the eye and gently sweep in a circular motion across the upper eye area, keeping the foam flat against the skin. Massage each eye consecutively for 1 minute.

My Experience

In order to achieve the best results, these are used three times a week in my morning routine. They are easy to use, no mess. The pods contain an equal amount of liquid fluid (I couldn’t really see it) so they can easily be rubbed into either side of the eye. There is no noticeable fragrance associated with the formula. Conceives very easily leaving no greasy or greasy residue. Olay says you may feel a temporary sensation during application, but I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary.

I wasn’t crazy about the cost ($28!), but if it worked, it would be worth it. I think it’s still very expensive, and because it doesn’t work, a lot of money is wasted. I noticed no improvement in my eye, no reduction in puffiness, no smaller wrinkles, no younger looking skin. Some anti-wrinkle creams contain Hyaluronic acid, but these derma pods do not. (In 2003 the FDA approved hyaluronic acid injections to fill in soft tissue defects.

Over the past two months I have had some fluid retention, and my eyes are very swollen when I wake up several times a week. They usually stay that way until I’ve been away for a while and I’ve had a few cups of coffee. I was hoping this would work great because I’ve heard good things about Olay products, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I am 51 years old, and my wrinkles are not very deep – the smile lines are fine. This may work for someone younger, but it doesn’t help me at all.
