Maybelline Superstay Lipcolor is a product that claims to stay on while eating, drinking and kissing. I’m excited to say that he lives up to his claim. You first apply the color with the lip gloss as a swab applicator. Then it is cooked for 2 minutes. This is definitely the most important part of the application. One time I was in a hurry to leave for the evening, and the color only dried in about 30 seconds. By the time I reached my destination and went to the bathroom for the first time, the color was completely gone.
The next step is to put a nice layer of color on top.
As an overall product, this lipstick is awesome; to deliver If you leave it properly the evening before, and it doesn’t rain sometime tomorrow, you will wake up with full lipstick. It won’t budge until you take a shower and rub it off.
The only downside of this lipstick is that the color part is a bit drying, and the moisturizing part wipes off with every kiss, bite of food and glass of drink, just like a regular lipstick and gloss. Yes, the actual color of the lipstick is like a dry spot.
But I can honestly live with that. If it keeps me in lipstick when I want to have it, then I’m fine with that. And when it starts to feel dry, I just smooth more of the nice dui.
Another product I wanted to try was the Cover Girl Incredible Lipcolor. I’ve never really been concerned about having a plumper lip shape, but I was surprised that a product that claimed to really work for plumping your lips. Figured if you liked the look then hey cool, something for everyone now and then. if not, no love is lost. I just want to see if it’s just a gimmick or not.
Quite surprisingly, to be honest with you; I don’t think it’s a gimmick. I’m telling you this stuff makes me look so weird. Yes, I think it has changed the shape of my lips a little bit. I bought red hair color so the look it gave me was like a red platypus. My lips weren’t super big and tiny or anything; but they were a little fuller, enough to make a difference.
The product is not used to come out. I just seem to be looking a little, I don’t like myself. I will try the product in pink. I think I only bought it in red, which I honestly didn’t think I needed. So I wanted to make sure I got the color I wanted to use later. Well, I think I need it and now I don’t know if I’ll use it again because the color I got is a very tragic color to make my lips look special.
