One of the latest fitness crazes is rock climbing and as people seek out rock climbing gyms, more seem to be popping up. During my search for local Orlando rock climbing gyms, I was only able to find a few. However, the more I searched and broadened my search, the more I found.

This gym offers courses for any fitness level. Everyone from ages 4 to 64 will enjoy a unique rock climbing experience. Aiguille Rock Climbing Center makes every visit an adventure and offers a one-of-a-kind workout experience.
Corporate events, birthday parties, team builders are available at the center, plus they even have a portable rock wall which can go wherever your rock climbing desires wish.
Are you a beginning climber? Then Aiguille Rock Climbing Center is the place for you. They offer lessons for climbers of all skill levels. Aiguille Rock Climbing Center features 25 rock courses and a bouldering wall.
The center is open Mondays through Thursdays 10 a.m. until 10 p.m., Fridays 10 a.m. through 11 p.m., Saturdays 9 a.m. until 11 p.m. and on Sundays from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m.
They offer affordable rates and rental equipment. Individual day use is $15 (discounts offered for students) and a complete rental package is $6.50 – includes harness, shoes and belay device. On the Edge Rock Climbing
Over 10,000 square feet of rock climbing action all under one roof. Just starting out or have been rock climbing for ages? Then you have to stop by On the Edge Rock Climbing, they offer something for everyone, no matter what your skill level may be. They also offer party rates, yoga, free Wi-Fi and much more.
Not sure if you want to start rock climbing yet? Stop by and ask for a tour, On the Edge Rock Climbing will have you hooked before you know it.
Hours of operation are Mondays through Fridays 9 a.m. until 9 p.m., Saturdays 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. and on Sundays 1 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Day passes for adults (ages 14 and up) are $20.00 and youth day passes (13 and under) are $15. If only interested in trying the gym out there are one-hour passes available for $10. Multi-day passes and equipment rentals are also available.

Daytona Lagoon

Take the challenge at Daytona Lagoon and climb the 25-foot rock wall. Bring your friends and make a competition of it. Or time yourself and each time you climb, try to beat your previous time.
There is so much more to do at Daytona Lagoon, including Go Karts, 27 holes of miniature golf, Lazer Tag and a water park. Cost to climb the rock wall three times is $6.

The Oviedo Gymnasium and Aquatics Center offers a 40-foot high rock-climbing wall for guests of all ages. Beginners to advanced climbers will find it a fun and exciting experience in the safe environment offered by the City of Oviedo.
Private group rock climbing is available Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Open climbing is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. and Mondays through Fridays from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Hourly rates start at $5 and day rates start at $15 depending upon residency.
