There are literally thousands of mp3 players out there to choose from: from the Apple iPod Shuffle, to the Newsmy ManMan A1, the selection is seemingly endless. I personally went through the process of reviewing the variety of mp3s out there, and after two hours of comparing features and reading reviews, I came to the conclusion that the SanDisk Sansa Clip+ 2GB is the best choice for a sub-$50 budget. Along with products in this price range, and in a similar reputation of origin, the Sansa clip+ is the best choice for many reasons. Below is the mind, with a long standing relationship in daily use almost as a personal reference.
First, the Sansa Clip+ is very affordable for its type, with 2GB being the cheapest Clip+ variant available. As this device was launched by SanDisk, the mp3 player comes with a MicroSD card slot for additional storage ranging from 2-32GB. Simply insert a MicroSD card into the side slot to double, triple, quadruple, or more its capacity. Clip+ also offers FM Radio, with Library station selection and a recording function that can be used for both voice-recording and reporting directly from the radio. Use of both the radio and the recordings is very simple and straightforward, with all recordings becoming accessible immediately after saving.
In contrast, the Apple iPod 2GB offers none of these features, and starts at $49 at Apple, versus $40 for the Clip+ at SanDisk’s own treasure
The second are Clip+ bodies. It uses an inch wide OLED screen that displays various information from readings from the Main Menu, Artist Name, Song Title, Song Timer, and Battery Life. The organization of information and its visibility is great for the common display of clarity; brightness is easily changed in the Settings menu. Additionally, the Clip+ includes a clip, hence the name. The clip itself is more solid and easily keeps clothes from falling off, while accessibility is increased by staying in-pocket versus clipped. Another benefit of the clip lies in its easy-to-use navigation. Whether it’s in your bag, on your shirt or clipped to your pants, you can easily navigate to the next song, pause/play, increase/decrease the volume, or turn off the device.
The Clip+ uses a common USB to Mini-USB cable for running access from your computer, while the iPod shuffle requires a more exclusive Clip to USB cable.
Finally, these SanDisk system perks lie, including a wide range of file support MP3, WMA, secure WMA, Audible, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, and not Audio books and podcasts, with everything to play back without effort”. I personally enjoy that Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, and audiobooks are supported, in addition to the fact that there is a customizable equalization setting that allows you to choose a preset or create your own EQ with a variety of files to hear.
The headphones that come with the mp3 player are the best medium, so I highly recommend that you get a pair of good in-ear headphones and use your EQ to get the best out of your sound.
SanDisk is a great choice for those of you looking for a small, affordable mp3 player. The features are great, and they don’t come up to par with many of its competition, much less for the price of 30-40 dollars. Seriously consider this device if your budget is limited, or if you simply don’t have much to spend on a toy device. The easy-to-use setup makes it a great gift, especially for those who aren’t technically inclined, like younger children or the elderly. If you still believe the SanDisk Clip+ is not what you were looking for, I sincerely wish you good luck in your search, this is what you need!
Oh, and keep track of all the products you want to buy online, that’s infinitely necessary to get what you asked for, rather than You look forward to opening it.
