When I was little, I had a great experience with a big spider in my room, which made a big difference in my life today. It sounds pathetic and stupid, but all it takes is a bad experience with someone, and something you can remember for the rest of your life. Through certain encounters, I am terrified of spiders today. I tried to overcome this fear but I had no success. Good luck to anyone who is going through the same thing, I know how you feel. If anyone has any advice on how to overcome this fear, I would love to hear about it. Arachnophobia has gotten to the point where it is a major part of my life, and I don’t want it to control me anymore!

Once I had a vivid dream of some spiders around me, so that I woke up with a run of my heart wet with sweat. Sometimes these dreams are so true, I wake up with the feeling that spiders are crawling all over me, and this makes me get out of bed and search through my blankets and sheets. If I see spiders anywhere in my house, I will not kill myself. But I’ll look to see if she’s crawling anywhere, and if she moves, I’ll scream and kick her until someone else kills her (usually my boyfriend), because I don’t want to go anywhere near it. I am also amused when it is dead inside a handkerchief or in the bottom of a shoe.
If there’s a spider on the floor or hanging from the ceiling where I want to walk, I don’t even try to walk over it. But I will only wait for him until someone comes to kill him. There were times when there were spiders in my bathroom, and I didn’t want to go to the bathroom until they were killed. It’s not satisfying for me if the spider is crawling somewhere else, because you never know where it’s going to be next. It can be under toilet seat, just waiting for you to sit.
If I ever feel something inside me, I jump up and down, run home, and scream at her, trying to get her out, even if you don’t start anything there.
I shake off my dress and dress shoes from all time. My worst fear is wearing a pair of jeans with a spider hiding inside.
But I start to cry if someone puts a live spider near me, or threatens to put one near me.
I went so far as to call an exterminator about spiders, even though I see one in my house.
