Ingredients:
5 pounds of chicken wings

1/4 cup Cajun sauce (some brand)

In a large bowl mix lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper and sea salt. Remove the end of the chicken wing and discard. Cut the chicken horn at the joint through the drumette into two pieces. Put the chicken pieces into the lemon bowl mixture, and stir to coat all the chicken evenly. Cover and place the chicken wings in the refrigerator and marinate for at least one hour.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Take the chicken wings from the refrigerator and without washing them, place each chicken on a baking sheet. Place the chicken wings in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the juices run clear. Serve while still hot.
