Do check with your physician before starting these examples of stretching exercise that we are sharing with you.

Example 1: The Calf Stretch

The calf stretch will get rid of those stresses around your leg muscles and will keep those muscles toned and sexy! It is pretty simple and can be done in the office. Let’s begin

Start by placing your feet flat and then slowly lift your heels until you can feel a pull in the back of your legs. Count to five and release. Repeat this exercise until you can feel the tiredness sinking in but not until you experience pain. You don’t want to end up “paralyzed” the next day due to calf pain from this first example of stretching exercise!

Example Two: The Over the Head Stretch

This amazingly simple move will correct your posture and help loosen those muscles around your shoulders and upper back. Clench your hands together and bring them above your head. Extend your arms and then slowly move them back. Do this until you feel the muscles around your shoulder blades tighten. Hold your arms there for a moment and then release. Now repeat the movement, only this time, lean to the right until you can feel your side stretch. Hold for a few seconds and then release. Repeat with the left side and then release.

Example Three: The Neck Roll

This is perhaps the simplest movement among all the examples of stretching exercises we share. The next time you are at the copier machine, at your desk, or anywhere at all, you can do this neck roll exercise while waiting. Bend your neck towards your chest and then start rolling to the left and right in alternates. Do it very slowly, if you pull too hard you can hurt yourself in the process.

Example Four: The Arm Stretch

To enhance circulation in your arms, the fourth movement in the examples of stretching exercise will do the job. Use your left hand to grasp the right wrist and then pull it straight ahead across your body until you can feel a pull in your triceps. Relax and repeat with the left side

None of these examples of stretching exercises should inflict any kind of pain on your muscles. If they do, stop right away and consult a doctor.
